My dear parishioners:

Starting this Sunday, April 19th, and for each Sunday that the church is closed, we are excited to announce that we will be livestreaming the Sunday mass from our parish church starting at 10:00 am.

To be able to do so, please go to our website, www.myparish.org and then click on the post dated for that particular Sunday on the homepage – for example, for this coming Sunday, go the post marked 2nd Sunday of Easter – April 19th .  Once inside, you can then find the direct link to Youtube for the livestream of the mass.

If you wish to watch the mass later on Sunday, for example at 11 am or later, the link will still work, but note that you will need to place your cursor on the line just above the play button, and then move the cursor forward about 3-4 minutes where you will then see the beginning of the mass.

You can also find my previous Sunday homilies, the Easter Monday Praise and Worship Celebration by our 11:30 band, and my Holy Saturday reflection, on www.youtube.com   To find them, type in “Nativity of Our Lord Parish” in the search line of the Youtube website, and then you will find these videos.

Please continue to send your family photos to nativity@myparish.org so that we can place them in the pews of the church.  To see what the interior of the church looked like on Easter Sunday with the 100+ photos already placed, go to my Easter Sunday homily at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vq7nP6RQ424&t=148s and then move your cursor to the 10:15 mark of the video.

Finally, please continue to stay in touch with our parish through our website, www.myparish.org for continued updates and my daily reflections.  You can also follow us on social media through

Instagram: @Nativityofourlordparish

Twitter: @OurNativity

Facebook: @NativityOfOurLordParishEtobicoke

May almighty God continue to bless and support you during these challenging times.  Please pray for our parish staff and I as we continue to try to reach out to you during these days when we cannot come together in our church.  Until that time when all of us can meet again at Nativity,

Yours in Christ,

Fr. Michael Machacek, Pastor
